Field role in Tamil Nadu: you visit customers at their shops

CK Tech Solutions builds FinApp, pawn broking software used by pawn brokers and gold finance businesses in Madurai, Kumbakonam, Tirunelveli and Coimbatore. We are looking for one person who meets customers face to face, builds the relationship, arranges the demo and stays with the customer until they are live on FinApp.

What you will do

• Visit pawn brokers and gold finance businesses at their shops, meet the owners and understand how they work today.
• Follow up with prospects in person, by phone and on WhatsApp, and arrange a demo. Our founder gives the demo: you set it up and prepare the customer for it.
• After the demo, keep following up in the field until the customer is onboarded: collect the details and old records we need to set them up, and coordinate with our team.
• After go-live, visit customers for support when they need it. This is occasional, not a daily routine.
• Keep clear notes of every visit and follow-up so nothing is missed.

What we are looking for

• A good understanding of how software works and the basics of implementation: setting up an account, users and data, and training a customer to use it.
• Comfortable talking to business owners and following up patiently until they decide.
• Good spoken Tamil, and enough English to read and write simple messages.
• Ready to travel to customers' places.
