Gold Loan Auction Management in FinApp
FinApp is pawn broking software with a dedicated auction management screen for overdue loans that may go to auction. It shows how old each loan is, lets you act on many loans at once, and keeps the auction date, remarks, sale amount and buyer for every loan.

From Overdue Loan to Auction Record in Four Steps
1. Find the loans
Filter loans older than a number of days or months from the approved date, and view Active, Pending Auction, Auctioned or all loans.
2. Warn the customers
Send an auction reminder with the auction date to the selected customers, using your own message templates.
3. Move and record
Move loans to pending auction, then mark them auctioned with the date, remarks, sale amount and buyer for each loan.
Each action applies to every selected loan or to none, and the server checks each loan's status first, so a loan that is not in the right state cannot be moved by mistake.
