Gold Vault and Locker Management in FinApp
FinApp is pawn broking software that tracks the physical location of every pledged jewel packet. The loan stores the pledged items; the vault module records which vault, locker, tray and slot the packet is in, and the loan list shows where to find it.
Vault and locker tracking is part of the Professional plan, and the Elite plan adds multi-level vault tracking across branches (see pricing). It is switched on per company in the settings, so a shop that does not need it does not see it.

From New Loan to a Tagged Packet in a Known Slot
1. Set up the vault
Create vaults, lockers, trays and slots with the levels your branch uses, and generate numbered slots in one batch.
2. Assign a slot
FinApp suggests the next empty slot when the loan is saved, or sends the packet to the custodian queue to confirm.
3. Tag and find
Print the QR packet sticker, and find the packet from the Vault Location column in the loan list. Closing the loan frees the slot.
