Short answer: FinApp lets you attach documents to a loan, such as the RC book, insurance and, for property loans, the deed, and keeps customer identity documents in a KYC document vault. Loans can be found again by the vehicle number or any collateral detail, and agreements and receipts can be printed from the loan.
| Loan documents | RC book, insurance and other documents attached to the loan |
|---|---|
| Customer KYC | Identity documents in a KYC document vault |
| Customer photo | Captured live from a webcam |
| Printing | Loan agreement and receipts |
| Find a loan | By vehicle number or any collateral detail |
Documents belong to the loan, not to a folder on someone's computer.
The registration certificate of the vehicle.
The insurance copy for the vehicle.
Agreements and anything else you attach to the loan; a deed can be attached to a property loan.
Identity and address documents are held in the KYC document vault against the customer.
The customer's photo can be captured live from a webcam and stored with the record. From the loan, FinApp prints the agreement and receipts. For collateral that is valued rather than weighed, printing uses the assessed value for each item, so the paperwork is correct for vehicles too.
The loan search finds a loan by vehicle number or by any other collateral detail you recorded, so a question over the phone is answered from the loan record in a few seconds.
