Register each borrower with KYC documents and a nominee, verify the KYC, and let the loan screen refuse anyone who is not verified.

Short answer: CK Tech microfinance software keeps a customer record with KYC documents, nominee details and the group the customer belongs to. A loan cannot be created for a customer whose KYC status is not Verified, so verification is a real gate before lending, not a note in a register.
| Customer record | Personal details, KYC documents, nominee, group |
|---|---|
| Documents | Uploaded and stored with the customer record |
| KYC status | A loan needs the status Verified |
| Screens | Customer entry and customer list |
| Related rule | Only members of the group can be given a loan |
Everything about a borrower lives in one place, so the person setting up a loan does not need to look anywhere else.
Name, contact and address details entered once on the customer entry screen.
Scans or photos of the identity and address proof are uploaded and kept with the customer.
The nominee's details are recorded with the customer.
The group the customer belongs to, which decides the collection day and agent.
Staff enter the customer and upload the documents. Once the documents are checked, the customer's KYC status is set to Verified. The loan screen reads that status: if it is not Verified, the loan is refused with a clear message.
Access follows the user's role. Each role is given privileges for the customer screens, and buttons such as create, edit and delete are hidden for roles that do not have them. That keeps verification in the hands of the people you choose.
